What should I do if I successfully purchased a ticket but did not receive anything in my email?

If your transaction was successful but you did not receive your tickets, please contact us at support@bepay.mk and explain the situation. Our team will respond as soon as possible.

If I purchased tickets but do not want or cannot attend the event, can I exchange or return them?

Refunds or exchanges are NOT POSSIBLE under any circumstances except in the case of a canceled event. If the event is not canceled, tickets cannot be exchanged or returned.

What happens if I purchase a ticket through the BE Pay system but do not receive a confirmation for a successful order?

If you purchase a ticket through the BE Pay system and do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us immediately at support@bepay.mk and explain the situation. Our team will respond as soon as possible.

If the event is postponed, am I entitled to a refund?

If the event is postponed for any reason by the organizer, the funds for the purchased ticket will not be refunded. Purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

What should I pay attention to when registering on BE Pay?

If the event is canceled, am I entitled to a refund?

If the event is canceled for any reason by the organizer, you will be eligible for a refund within 14 business days. In case of any complications or delays, we kindly ask for your patience. If you request a refund via email at support@bepay.mk, or if you do not request a refund, the funds will remain in your user profile and can be used for another event within one year from the cancellation date.

Do I need to register to purchase a ticket through BE Pay?

To successfully purchase a ticket through the BE Pay system/application, you must register with your user profile. The purpose of registration is to facilitate easier management of your orders.

Will I receive a physical ticket for the event?

The electronic ticket you receive in your email is a valid entry ticket for the event. If the event organizer has planned physical tickets, your electronic ticket will be scanned at the entrance and exchanged for a physical ticket.
