General Services
BePay is a modern ticketing system that facilitates and conducts the sale of products/services as an intermediary on behalf of the Event Organizer through the website www.bepay.mk and the BePay mobile application, available for download on PlayStore and AppStore.
The BePay system is designed for Event Organizers, including festivals, concerts, conferences, performances, competitions, and similar events, to establish a fast, easy, and secure connection between Buyers—who purchase a ticket granting access to such events—through the BePay System.
Additionally, BePay serves Buyers who wish to obtain tickets for a selected event and need a ticket to identify themselves on the event day before the Organizer. Therefore, BePay also provides a service for Buyers by generating and issuing tickets for access to the selected event.
An Organizer is any visitor who successfully creates an event, product, or service on the BePay system for promotion and/or sale.
A Buyer is any visitor of the BePay system via the website www.bottegaeventi.com/tickets or the BePay app who seeks information and/or purchases a product/service available on BePay.
A User refers to any visitor of the BePay system, including both the Organizer and the Buyer.
This document represents an electronic agreement between BePay and the User. By using the system, both parties accept all rights, obligations, and responsibilities stated herein.
User Account Registration
To purchase any product or service offered on BePay, Users must first create a user account (register).
Creating an account is necessary to provide Users with easy access to their orders, a history of previous purchases, and simplified order management.
By registering, purchasing, or downloading tickets via the BePay system, the User is considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted this sales policy in accordance with these General Terms of Use.
Changes to General Services
BePay reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of sale at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary. Therefore, we recommend that Users review the terms before each use to stay informed about any changes. If the terms are updated and the User continues using the BePay system, it is understood that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the new terms.
Purchasing from the Organizer & Ticket Generation and Issuance
BePay is not the owner of the products/services offered through its platform and application and is therefore not responsible for potential defects or any other issues that may arise when using these services.
BePay acts as an intermediary in the sale of tickets and other products/services on behalf of Event Organizers and promoters.
Tickets purchased through BePay are issued in the Buyer's name or the name specified by the Buyer. Ownership remains entirely with the Organizer, and the ticket serves as proof of purchase for a specific product or service.
BePay serves as an electronic platform facilitating ticket purchases for events, products, and services offered by Organizers through its website/system/application. At the same time, BePay provides Buyers with ticket issuance services, which are commonly used as proof of attendance for the event on the scheduled date.
The conditions listed alongside an event's description on BePay constitute an offer for contract formation. By purchasing a ticket, the Buyer accepts this offer, which is determined exclusively by the Organizer. Thus, the Buyer enters into a sales agreement with the Organizer upon purchase and becomes a contractual party to that legal relationship.
Additionally, the Buyer enters into an agreement with BePay as the service provider for ticket generation and issuance, agreeing to these General Terms of Use.
BePay charges a service fee for ticket generation and issuance. This fee is included in the ticket price and is non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation. BePay will issue a confirmation of received payment, which will be sent to the Buyer's email address registered in the BePay system.
Payment Processing
BePay allows Users to purchase tickets via bank cards. Payment processing is carried out through the e-commerce terminal of Halk Bank AD Skopje.
Depending on the event settings, payments for products/services on BePay can be made using the following cards:
- American Express®
- MasterCard®
- Maestro®
- Visa (including Visa Electron)
- Diners
All payments must be completed following the instructions provided by the BePay ticketing system.
Product and service prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect existing agreements. Prices include an 18% VAT.
Ticket Delivery
After a successful purchase, BePay tickets will be available to the User in digital format within their BePay account and will also be sent to their registered email address.
Ticket Usage
Buyers must keep their BePay tickets, serial numbers, and barcodes secure and must not share them with third parties.
Neither BePay nor the Organizer is responsible for stolen, lost, destroyed, or copied BePay tickets.
Buyers should be aware that if someone else obtains their BePay ticket, serial number, or barcode, the Organizer may not be able to verify that the ticket has been stolen. In such cases, the first person to present the ticket, serial number, or barcode at the event entrance will be granted access.
Upon entry, the Organizer may verify the Buyer's ticket in one of the following ways:
- Checking the Buyer's ID
- Visual inspection of the printed BePay ticket
- Checking the BePay ticket on the Buyer's mobile device
- Scanning the ticket's barcode or QR code
Since a BePay ticket serves as proof of purchase, in some cases, the Buyer may be required to exchange the BePay ticket for a printed ticket at the event entrance. While BePay strives to simplify the entry process for both Buyers and Organizers, entry control is the sole responsibility of the Organizer unless otherwise agreed upon between the Organizer and BePay.
The reproduction, resale, or trading of BePay tickets with third parties is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to use a ticket in violation of these terms will result in its invalidation.
Refund Policy
A refund for a ticket purchased through BePay is only possible if the event is canceled by the Organizer.
BePay is not responsible for event organization and cannot issue refunds. The responsibility for refunds lies solely with the Organizer.
However, BePay will make every effort to arrange refunds in agreement with the Organizer in case of event postponement, cancellation, or significant changes to the program. BePay is not obligated to inform Buyers of such changes unless otherwise agreed with the Organizer.
Buyers do not have the right to withdraw from or unilaterally terminate the agreement (i.e., request a refund).
The service fee charged by BePay for ticket generation and issuance is non-refundable, even in the case of event cancellation, as the service is fully provided regardless of the event's status. By accepting these terms, the Organizer acknowledges this provision and waives the right to request a refund for ticket generation fees in case of event cancellation or contract termination.
If a refund is agreed upon for a canceled event, BePay will process the refund by returning the ticket price, minus associated costs (delivery, transaction, service fees, etc.), to the Organizer’s credit card or bank account, depending on the payment method used.

If an event does not take place or the Buyer does not receive the purchased product/service, they must notify BePay no later than seven (7) days after the scheduled event date. Failure to notify BePay within this period will result in the loss of the right to a refund.
